Bond, move, and grow together in our Mommy & Me Fitness Class—a fun, supportive workout designed for moms and their little ones. This class blends strength training, cardio, and core stability exercises all with your little one right by your side! No age restrictions on the kiddos, it's fun for all!

Leading up to the Sandwich Fair Shakeup Shuffle, this running program will get you crossing that finish line in no time! This program runs for 9 weeks, including weekly guided group runs, a gradual progression plan for solo runs throughout the week, beginner-friendly pacing, and an AMAZING community by your side!

The Health Hut is our in-house wellness bar, providing you with all your nutritional needs. Whether you are a member who just finished a workout or a local looking for a healthy smoothie or drink, stop on in anytime!
